. Cancelation with less than 48h imply the payment of 50% of the rental value.

. Rescheduling has no fee, except 50€ +VAT if the reservation is rescheduled with less than 24h from the initial booking.

. Booking time frame starts/finish at booked time, not arrival/departure time.

. Booking tolerance is 15min, from then on extra hour can be charged

. Extra time allowed only if available

. Responsibility; the client is held responsible for whatever happens in the space.

. Security system with alarm and cameras to reenforce safety, nonetheless Sala86 is not responsible for any theft of loss that might occur.

. Wifi router should be always on. If disconnected should be reconnected right after.

. Lights and heating should be turned off when leaving the space. Wifi should stay on.

. Extras can be requested (if available) prior to the booking or at the starting time.

. Backgrounds are available for use for an extra fee if requested.

. Furniture can be responsibly moved and used, but should be placed back where it was.

. Damaged furniture, equipment or walls will be charged accordingly.

. Curtains can be moved responsibly as needed.

. Cleaning fee could be charged if the the space is left reasonably unclean.

. Tableware available and free to use, but should be washed by the end of the booking.

. Smoking in is forbidden. Production smoke can be allowed if requested.

. Noise and music should be kept at reasonable volume. For any event with loud music, a special license must be requested.

. Audio recording is possible, but we can’t guarantee a noise free environment.

. Remote access can be granted when necessary by temporary access code. The key should be left back safely in the locker after use.

. Accessibility through ground floor, yet bathrooms are not handicap ready.
